11. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

  • To waive participation in class actions
  • That claims must be brought individually

Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
